At Creative Care and Connections, we want you to be in control over the support you receive. We understand that not one care plan fits all. Care is tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, and delivered in accordance with the Individual Support Plan (ISP).
Direct Support Professionals
Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are experienced, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care. Every DSP undergoes a background check, and regularly recieve training to ensure they are qualified to provide the support your loved one deserves.
Creative Care and Connections encourages bringing on DSPs of your choice, including family and friends, to provide paid supports through the local county developmental disabilities program.
